After you've submitted your return request, our Returns Team will work diligently to process it. Expect a confirmation email within 24 hours, providing all necessary details to proceed with your return.
Upon receipt of your returned item at our warehouse, we ask for your patience for up to 30 business days to finalize the return process. It's important to note that we provide store credits instead of refunds for non-faulty items, which will be issued once we've received and processed your return.
This store credit allows you to either repurchase the desired item in a different size or select a new item from our website. Please be aware that store credits do not cover shipping costs.
Full refunds or direct exchanges are offered only if an item is found faulty upon inspection. In certain cases, we might ask for the faulty item to be sent back to us for a thorough check.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the receipt of your purchase. If this period has elapsed, we're unable to offer you a store credit for your items. For returns of gifts, the original order number and email address will be required to process the return.
*For customers in Australia, our returns portal generates a return label, which incurs a $8.98 deduction from your store credit to cover the shipping label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be reimbursed.
